Survey on Financial Inclusion of Older People Across Europe

  • 1 oktober 2020

On behalf of Finance Watch and AGE Platform Europe, you are invited to participate in helping to form recommendations for the European Commission regarding the financial inclusion of older persons across Europe. At this stage we are gathering responses to a survey to highlight barriers to the access and use of financial services, compare best-practices across Europe and assess the impacts of the COVID-19 crisis. We hope you will consider taking the time to contribute and help us in our broader mission to improve not only the financial health and well-being of older Europeans, but the well-being of our entire society.

We hope to receive responses from members within your organization who can speak to the experience of older people living within your area of expertise. It would be of additional benefit if you could also share the survey with relevant organizations or individuals within your network.

To participate, please follow the link The survey is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. We recommend you allow about 40 minutes for completion. Your progress will be automatically saved following the completion of each page. If you should encounter any technical difficulties, simply follow the link once more to pick up where you left off on the same device. However, if you use the exit button or finish the survey, you will not be able to return to your progress or change your answers. The final date to participate in our online survey is October 21st, 2020. If for any reason you prefer to instead participate in the survey via telephone, please reach out to Emily Glantz (emily.glantz@finance-watch.orgto coordinate a time for the phone interview.

Thanks a lot for your attention!
